Welcome to the website of electronic services for business entities run by the Municipality of Krakow. The name of the website – Businessmen Service Centre – indicates that we hope it will help provide effective services to businessmen residing in Krakow.

 

 

By digitally filling out and printing registration applications, modifications and cancellations of business activity, by using the Polish Classification of Activity search engine or the option to search for a given business, it will be possible to cut the duration of your visits in our Office down to a bare minimum.

 

 

As we are aware that your time is precious, we eagerly await any comments on how to make the Businessman Service Centre work more effectively.

 

If you want to register a business, change an existing entry or cancel your business activity, we await your visit in the Administration Department of the Municipality of Krakow Business Activity Register Department, u. Wielicka 28a (IIIp.)

It is our pleasure to inform you that in order to meet your expectations, beginning 1 October 2005 we opened a special National Labour Inspectorate Information Centre at the Businessmen Service Centre, which is available to owners of small and medium businesses.

 

 

 

Waiting times

 

All matters are settled out of hand, while the waiting periods vary depending on the number of people present in the Businessmen Service Centre at a given time. Given that, the completed forms may be sent by mail to: Urząd Miasta  Krakowa Referat Ewidencji Działalności Gospodarczej, ul. Wielicka 28a, 30-552 Kraków.

The Businessmen entered in the Business Activity Register were obliged to add the following information to the existing entries by 31 December 2004: PESEL reference number and the scope of the business activity according to the Polish Classification of Activity.
(article 8 of the act of law of 14 November 2003 on the change of the act of law – Business Activity Law and some other acts of law (Journal of Laws No 217, item 2125). Due to the above, we would like to ask the Businessmen with outdated entries to specify their position regarding the matter. In order to complete the lacking information, you can visit the Administration Department – Businessmen Service Division of the Municipality of Krakow, ul. Wielicka 28a (IIIp.), stations 10-13. The information centre is located in room 307.
